All University Commencement

All university commencement is the moment where all of our graduates are together for one last horned frog celebration. This event is where degrees are officially conferred.

The expected run time is approximately 65 minutes.

The stadium will open at approximately 7:00 p.m.

Yes, concessions will be open in the stadium to purchase food.

Students will enter in regalia with their school and college.

Please refer to the parking map for areas to park.  Due to construction, parking may be limited.  Ride share and carpooling is encouraged.

All university commencement is an outdoor event, and may be impacted by weather.  The Friday evening event will be rescheduled to Saturday evening if necessary.

Academic Convocations

Academic convocations are hosted by the dean of each school and college.  This is the moment where the student's name is called and they walk across the stage.

The length of the ceremony will depend upon the number of students graduating.  The anticipated run time for each ceremony is between 55 and 75 minutes.

The doors to the arena and stadium will open approximately 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
